Our workshops are built around a simple idea: learn, develop, and create by doing it yourself. Your age, gender or where you come from does not matter; what matters is your talent, passion and willingness to learn. We help you develop that talent and find your own place on the platform, whether as an actor, writer, director, producer or in another creative role. The workshops are free, which means we are selective about participation, but you do not need to arrive as an experienced artist. You only need to show us that there is a talent worth developing and the commitment to develop it.

The Youth Theater was a 2025 workshop project dedicated to discovering and developing young talent. Taking place across three different cities in the Netherlands, the project brought young artists together to learn, create and perform under the guidance of experienced professionals. The participants eventually created their own show, combining a short musical, a storytelling performance and stand-up comedy, turning their workshops into a lively and diverse stage experience.

The People’s Theater was created in 2024 through a series of workshops that brought refugees and local participants together through theatre. Rather than simply learning how to perform, the participants worked together to create an entire show of their own, combining two original short plays and a short musical into one performance. The project became a celebration of collaboration, creativity and what can happen when people from different backgrounds are given the same platform to create together.

Our second theatre workshop experience was 25/11. The play was created by participants of our 2022 theatre workshop, who developed their skills throughout the process and brought their work to the stage at the Amalyashi Leiden Theatre & Storytelling Festival 2022.

Developed by participants of our theatre workshops, Off the Wall became the group's first full theatre production and was performed at the Amalyashi Leiden Theatre & Storytelling Festival in 2021.
